Love Island’s Chris Hughes has proved he’s a star in his own right by joining the cast of Celebrity Ghost Hunt Live – without his girlfriend Olivia Attwood.
The hunky Islander will join reality TV’s golden couple Charlotte Crosby and Stephen Bear in the all-star line up for the spooky new Channel 5 show.
Rylan Clark-Neal will host a live ghost hunt as five intrepid celebrities conduct ghostly experiments at one of Britain’s most haunted buildings – the 200-year-old Harwich Redoubt Fort in Essex.
The trio will be joined by Charlotte Dawson from Ex on The Beach and Ampika Pickston of the Real Housewives of Cheshire.
The live 90-minute paranormal investigation will see the intrepid reality stars try to contact the other side using a Ouija board and conducting a séance.
Meanwhile, one of Britain’s leading psychics – Ian Lawman – will pass on messages from the Spirit World.
The celebrities will attempt to contact the Headless Soldier that is often seen roaming the Fort and try to find proof of a 13-year-old pregnant girl that is said to haunt the moat after being killed there.
They will also be challenged to spend time alone in the haunted cells – with only a night-vision camera for company.
Will they hear the fabled moaning and groaning and see shadowy figures at the windows?
The gang will use a Ghost Audio Recorder to communicate with the spirits and wear Ghost Tracker Glasses – so viewers can see exactly what their pupils are focusing on.
Viewers can also take part in some ghostly experiments from home by looking at various haunted locations around the Fort and choosing the zones they feel is most haunted.
